Our goal is to treat you in the fewest number of visits possible, while giving you as much time as you need to ask questions and discuss your options. We want you to be happy with the results because we know how important your original smile is to you.
Whatever your specific restorative dentistry needs, our mission is to make you pain-free and as comfortable as possible.
Patients who require extensive dental work—multiple misaligned, chipped, missing, or discolored teeth—have the option of a personalized full-mouth restoration. This procedure includes multiple treatments to improve your quality of life and restore function, health, and beauty to your smile. Depending on your individual needs, we may recommend dental implants, bridges, crowns, inlays / onlays, porcelain veneers, and the replacement of old metal fillings. Whatever you need, we will design a treatment plan right for you.
Book an Appointment NowInlays replace pieces of your tooth within the cusp tips of molars and are a more conservative option compared to traditional dental crowns. In the case of extensive tooth damage, we use onlays, which replace the entire chewing surface of your tooth. Both procedures focus on only removing the decayed parts of your teeth, conserving more of your natural tooth in the process. During your consultation, Norge Dental Center will discuss all of your options—inlay or onlay, material, cost, etc.—to help you decide what’s best for your teeth. Inlays and onlays are durable. Compared to most dental crowns, inlays and onlays generally provide several decades worth of tooth support. They also look much nicer than traditional metal crowns. Norge Dental Center uses the CEREC process to fabricate your ceramic and resin onlays to complete your restorations in a single visit.
Book an Appointment NowDentures improve your quality of life and restore function to your mouth while also boosting your self-confidence and restoring your smile. A cost-effective solution for missing teeth compared to permanent dental implants, dentures provide an easy-to-clean, removable alternative that helps you chew and speak comfortably—and with greater ease. We will work with you to determine the right solution for your needs, including which materials we use. Plastic prosthetics and natural-looking porcelain teeth are available, depending on your budget.
Book an Appointment NowWhen you have missing teeth, you lose more than your smile. You lose functionality, which often makes it difficult or embarrassing to eat, laugh, and speak naturally and comfortably. Dental implants are ideal for anchoring dentures and replacing missing teeth, and restoring functionality to your mouth. Because our primary goal is to ensure your comfort, you’ll find the procedure surprisingly painless—and even relaxing. Norge Dental Center uses macroview digital imaging to examine your mouth and to ensure the implants blend naturally with the rest of your teeth. If we find any bone deterioration, we may perform a pre-implant procedure to strengthen it. During the implant process, we place a small titanium post in the empty space left by the missing tooth. The post bonds with the bone to provide a strong foundation for your new tooth. Sedation dentistry is available if you prefer to go to sleep and wake up with a new smile.
Book an Appointment NowEveryone prefers a noninvasive option when possible, but sometimes oral surgery is needed for issues such as dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, jaw correction, or TMJ. Whatever your issue, our mission is to restore your smile while keeping you pain-free and comfortable. Expect us to thoroughly brief you at every step. You’ll understand the benefits of each option so you can make an informed decision.
Book an Appointment NowCan this tooth be saved? You want to know, and we want to find a way to say “yes.” A digital X-ray will reveal whether your tooth can be bonded and protected against infection and injury, or whether you require an extraction. In case of extraction, a dental implant offers the kind of fit that naturally blends with the rest of your smile.

Learn moreIf you’re in generally good health and have enough bone in your jaw, you’re likely a good candidate. Even if you’ve been told otherwise, procedures like bone grafts may make implants possible. Implants are an excellent option for tooth replacement and most everyone is a candidate. Great candidates have ample-healthy bone for implant placement and practice great oral hygiene. If you have been told in the past that you are not a candidate-we are happy to evaluate as there are many options utilizing implants and a combination of procedures for success. Technology has come a long way and we use best in class materials at Norge Dental Center.
Surprisingly, a dental implant procedure is an easy one. There may be slight discomfort after the procedure but most patients report little to no discomfort during the procedure.
Determining whether you need a root canal or a filling depends on how deep the decay is. A thorough exam (and sometimes an X-ray) helps us determine whether a filling is enough or if the nerve is affected.
Common signs of cavities may include sensitivity, visible holes, pain when chewing, or staining. Not all cavities cause pain; X-rays help us catch hidden ones early.
With good care, and quality materials, crowns and veneers can last 10–15 years or more. Fillings may last 5–10 years. We’ll teach you how to extend their lifespan.
Great news-dental implants cannot get a cavity! A dental implant still requires care and attention just like natural teeth to keep the gums and bone healthy. With proper home hygiene practices, implants can last a lifetime.
Implants are a permanent, natural-looking way to replace missing teeth. They consist of a titanium post topped with a custom crown that functions just like a real tooth. At Norge Dental Center our dentists have placed thousands of natural looking dental implants.
A dental implant is a small titanium post that’s placed into the jawbone to act as a root for a replacement tooth (crown). It looks, feels, and functions like a natural tooth.
Fillings repair small areas of decay. Crowns cover the whole tooth when damage is more extensive. We’ll guide you based on your needs.
You may be grinding or clenching your teeth at night (a condition called bruxism). A custom nightguard can protect your smile and reduce discomfort.
Whether you’re new to the Williamsburg area, or new to the Norge Dental family… we welcome you to a new dental experience. We are so thankful you are here.
