- As a front desk coordinator, you will manage patient appointments, coordinate schedules, treatment plan, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.
- Prior experience in a dental office is required.
- The welcome receptionist warmly greets patients, facilitates the check-in process, and ensures a seamless start to their dental visit.
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail are crucial.
- Previous experience in reception or front desk roles is advantageous.
- As a phone receptionist, you will handle incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and provide information about our dental services.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are prerequisites.
- Previous experience in phone reception or customer service is beneficial.
- Provides dental hygiene care to patients, conducts cleanings, and educates on oral health.
- Valid dental hygienist license required.
