The staff at Norge Dental Center were AMAZING to say the least. I arrived on March 23, 2012 around 11 p.m. for the next day event they were holding to give back to the community. God truly shined his light on me, to set me up infront of the t.v. literally a few days before the event (crazy b/c I never watch t.v. in the day b/c I’m working). Not only was I the first one but, the first 3 women there were so kind, friendly and caring-I will never forget them. To top it off Dr.Johnston saved my smile that I had been hiding for (3yrs. to be exact). He was super confident, quick (less than 20 min.), and it was painless. I was amazed to see in my last visit that “xrays” are really no longer a film process but a digital system that appears on demand on the monitor above the chair. So what? I remember a long time ago having such strong radiation with a dental exray that a quarter-sized bruise appeared on my cheek where the point of the “gun” was used.Bottom line, Norge Dental Center has the right stuff! . . . and certainly the most professional staff (dentists to receptionists) I have ever encountered.

My dental hygienist, Nina, was as always nice, friendly, and fun to chat with. She always makes the cleaning experience great and I don’t fret coming to the dentist. Nina even noticed that I might have had a cavity. So she took the extra step to double checked via ex-ray and asked the Dr. to get a deeper look and make sure it wasn’t just a stain. Turns out it was just a stain, but I was glad she doubled checked.

I recently had a lot of dental work done with Dr. Matt Wolfe and his assistant Ashley. They understood my fears of dental work from past experiences, and were intent on making me comfortable, keeping me informed of the status of the work as they progressed through, and checking in by asking if I am “okay” along the way. I have been a patient at this dental for about 9 years and I always have a good experience when I go for a visit. This place is always so clean and relaxing. The stuff are great, so nice. I love coffee, so when I’m done with my visit, I make one from their keurig coffee maker they have for everyone to enjoy it. This dental center is a total luxury with their tvs for you to watch while they work on your mouth to all the treats you get to take home. I’m a 100% satisfied customer, this place is the best!

Several years ago, we were looking to relocate to the Williamsburg area and found Norge Dental Center and Dr. Ray Henley. As it turned out, we ended up not relocating, but valued Dr. Henley’s care so much, we decided to continue to make the trip (about an hour each way) to remain with Norge Dental Center. Every staff member, from each receptionist to each dental assistant and Dr. Henley have always exceeded our expectations with every visit. I have 3 young boys and their care is always so well coordinated, that we are typically in & out of the office in about 45 minutes for a visit for the 3 of them. And most importantly, my kids (ages 6, 11 & 14) have always loved visiting the dentist! I recommend your facility every chance I get. You guys do a fantastic job! Thanks for another stellar visit!

I had a wonderful experience, which sounds weird to say when talking about getting two fillings, but it really was. Everyone was kind and attentive. I am on a tight budget and was really worried about being able to afford the bill. There are no surprises at Norge Dental which was a big relief. There is an estimate in advance of procedures which allows me to budget and plan my treatment when I can afford it. I received wonderful customer service and I am so very grateful!!
